section ingame where you can pay people for certain attacks to other people whoever is up for the challenge should receive credits ingame money or a weapon or some items or whatever you choose

I've played another game that has a hitman section, the hosp times in that game were 20 mins max. In this game it would be a problem with times reaching over 400 mins.
Why don't you talk to your gangmates about this idea. They could give you an idea about what hitmans in this game look like.
