have 8.3 mil willing to loan out. post here to bid for it.
Interest will be paid weekly. Money will ONLY be used for housing.
Loan duration will be until I finish training and level to 40. After I finish training up stats, whoever wins bids will have first dibs on negotiating remaining 10 mil till i level to 40.
Loan duration will be approximately 3 to 6 months, depending on how quickly I level/train.
If I don't like you, or don't trust you, you won't be borrowing my money.

Loan duration has changed. Loan will be guaranteed until I hit my desired stats level. Loan will continue as I level on a week by week basis, but I have someone else I plan on loaning the whole 18 mil to once he is done leveling.
