Intra-gang Combat Saturday is here! From today till Saturday night at 11:59pm, gangs can attack their own members to see who is strongest!
by the wording, might be a regular thing

I mugged a gang mate, and his name doesn't show in the attack section of the pvp log. The fight is there, just not my opponent. Weird.
