how does this armor compare to other armors with stat requirements?

This is a VERY nice piece of armor. It compares with the Dyneema Trenchcoat (little better). Nice to see where it went!
That is the armor I used up till the 203 armor

There are only 2 police issued armor. I won one from a contest (Jail bust champ) and someone else won one from another contest (I believe it was the Christmas contest)
