Just a thought i had this issue a while back with my touch pro a while back and come to find out it wasn't loading the home page it was loading a cached copy of the home page. Maybe deleting your cache will help thats why I asked what phone you had

its a nokia E71x. similar to blackberry. theres no option to "attack". lets me choose weapon, but cant fight.
