you will eventually have to do the armor skills to equip armor, but that's years down the road.

Not intel.
no dumb sht. Skill, not stat. If your int is at 6, the highest your skill rank can go is 6.

i made it to 9 naturally and wont make 10 unless i donate to intel. but 9 is more than enough for one skill at this point

Well if ur dexterity is really low then it doesn't matter how high ur intelligence is
