I got 2 referrals, but no credits. Do I get credits on referrals, or am I doing something wrong?

Eaglefreak, that is similar to my topic, but he is asking about if becoming a donator before his friend reaches that certain level. Please know what you're talking about. I think you for the help, though. Thanks.
