If a gun is a minimum 12 accuracy rating and I have a natural accuracy rating of 11 +1 Cyborg level will I be able to use the gun?
I'm sure this has been answered somewhere but I couldn't find it...

No. Only natural stats counts as weapon requirements.
It is in the Cyberware Chop Doc.

it doesnt count towards equipment requirements, but it counts towards combat and crimes.
