Is there some sorta happiness formula to calculate how much it refreshes every time?

it's called look at your happiness bar. not where it is then look again after a refresh, and repeat because it refreshes in a range rather than a solid #

Yeah...happiness after refresh - happiness before refresh = amount refreshed. I assume it's like energy and AP where you get the same amount each time.

I'm pretty sure that it's a constant? I'll check, but I always thought that it was a solid number...
