1. You find a nice busy corner and bust out some cups to use as shells.
2. You pull out a tiny fuzz-ball to use as bait.
2. You look for some targets to drop some bucks down.

It's similar to last time. You're best chance to find something grows with the difficulty of the crime relative to your ability.
