You can't ban 8star from the forum as punishment and then not announce in publicly in order "not to take sides".
Then turn around, threaten Cheetah (and us) with a ban if the hosps continue, while Xpats hosp everyone in sight in celebration.
Admins don't take sides, or they do.

if hosps are grounds for banning then they shouldn't be a part of the game.
if excessive hosping is then put a limit on how many times you can hosp an individual.

+1 it's a part of the game, if we're not supposed to use it then get rid of it.

Ban Zen? She is in direct violation of her own rule.
This is a game of combat against real people. If you are hospitalized by another player due to your own actions (or those of your fellow gang members), you will have to face the consequences or settle the issue on your own. The administrative staff should not be summoned for personal disputes.
