Wrong you can go into the retirement district once but you can retire without going into thta district as many times as you like.
The point is he was allowed to go into the retirement district TWICE.

Which isn't quite against the rules, seeing as it is an unwritten rule(Don't see it in the game rules or the ToS).
Still don't see a point in the retirement district's existence, though. Retire, move to Florida, and be quiet.

the retirement districit is closed. the players that are there will stay but no one can enter it anymore was told that zenith said there was too much contreversey about it so she did away with it
