Yes, please do. Or when I gain another 20 levels or so I am going to attack you in game. That is provided you are unarmed, not training or doing skills, not wearing armor, same level as now, etc...... UHHHH, make it another 30 levels then.

Quite simple, he reports me even though I'm legally within my means by the rules, I report him, except his is in a grey area.
The events being carried out are essentially the same, but it is the process through which makes the difference.
