Seriously though, it looks like he is being given prospective stats for certain levels...Maybe a glitch for giving NPC's certain power levels?

Nope, I started as level 65, then 124, now 125. I believe 125 is currentlly the level limit... unless I start seeing my level go higher? It makes no sense for my HP to be the same though, we need Pun/Ush to hit and try getting me into minues HP maybe? (Never thought I'd say that seriouslly)
