It would be nice if a gang could use the accumulated gang points to get some staff.
Like, a little like my plane idea.
Example: 1k gang points, you got a crafter working for the gang making Armored clothing whenever someoen wants one. And so on, until you get to like Dynema armor for everyone, wich could cost like 100k gang points, but so valuable.
OR, have the options to bring a certain item, example: t-250 shotgun, keep the stats BUT for like 25 gang points, the prez can change the name to SWEET CAROLINE 12 GAUGE or w/e. To personalize the weapon. (Thinking of Full metal jacket a little)

Increase Crimes Success Rate option; similar to the combat rating, but it will affect the crimes success rate obviously
