RE: No onward toward level 70 thread - ZeonOne - 2010.Dec.08 11:21 AM In the old days, my AL schedule use to be around 8am - 1am = 95-105 attacks a day and 8 skills To get around 115 attack a day, the guy must have slept only around 5 hours a day. And, he does it for the course of 1 year! Wow.. very impressive. Good work! RE: No onward toward level 70 thread - FatherTyme - 2010.Dec.08 01:37 PM You can sleep plenty, but only 30 minutes at a time. Get up every half hour and play for five minutes, then back to sleep. Ten hours of that and you have a full night's sleep. Leonardo DiVinci believed that if you sleep for about 20-30 minutes once every 3 hours or so you get all the sleep your body needs to function. You have to be very rigid with your schedule though and not break it for anything. Thats how he lived and one cousin-in-law of mine does that too. RE: No onward toward level 70 thread - HeadBustin - 2010.Dec.08 02:15 PM the mistake you guys are making is assuming onward needs sleep, when in fact he may sit in a state of zen meditation for extended periods of time without the need for sleep, food or water. RE: No onward toward level 70 thread - Dingus - 2010.Dec.08 02:57 PM He did the same thing when he was boundbyhonor, big fn deal RE: No onward toward level 70 thread - dnbrocks - 2010.Dec.08 03:24 PM (2010.Dec.08 02:04 PM)Joshiwa Wrote:(2010.Dec.08 01:55 PM)awesomo Wrote:(2010.Dec.08 01:37 PM)FatherTyme Wrote: You can sleep plenty, but only 30 minutes at a time. You still end up with 7+ hours of sleep, you just spread it out. The main problem is that your body doesn't have the time it needs to grow and develop, and it is stressful. Won't make you go crazy, though. @awesomo - There are also sleep patterns in which you "catnap" for 20-40 minutes at periodic times with a more central nap at nighttime for about four hours. |
