Will there be anyway to see a running tally (score) for teams,
or will we just have to wait and see the final results after midnight?
(i.e. like normal contest results)

Only in the battleground area. It's business as usual outside the battleground.

It'd be cool to have your own tally. See what score your team has while in the arena.
