What if no one near your power level enters the area. And you cant leave and so cant do any attacks...or go to any stores...or anything really?

yeah dingus, overall level is a better idea then power level

you wouldn't be able to know if your attack was being counted or not if you went by stats.

Level would be the easiest MOST fair way

with my idea, you wouldnt be able to attack unless you where in the power level range. But thats to complicated.

I'm not sure having complicated restrictions based on level/stats is going to work out well. Given the fact you can attack anyone at any HP status, powerful players are going to fall to players they don't normally lose against.

How about we score this based on how many levels you defeat? That way you are most effective for your team by attacking players with the most levels you can possibly gain per attack. Would be a waste of energy to attack the player who is 20 levels lower than you when you can take out the person 4 levels lower than you.
