I just did the crime, got caught... credited out of jail...
did the crime again, got caught. Busted out of jail, waited for a refresh (5) min...
did the crime again and got caught.
Well... at least there are items right now.

Someone told me about a possible issue and I checked to see if it could happen or not. It couldn't, so all good. OOO the colors!

I don't think this crime should be listed under drug crimes (intellegence needed to pass)...
I think it should be shoplifting or something to that degree... since we're stealing an item off of a shelf.
Seems misplaced and requirements for success are skewed to me.
Any thoughts?

I have to disagree. My intelligence is not what you would call high and Ive already found 10. Intell might be a small past but its more luck than anything else.
