Ok, I've decided to try something new (at least for me). From now on, I will be only trying to bust people out of jail if they are donators. I figured it's my choice on who I want to bust soooooooo, why not try to help out those that help out the game.

Seeing how hard it is to gain experience at the highest levels, I will continue to attempt to bust anyone with a lot of time (current minimum is 100 minutes) to spend in jail.
So everyone, hurry up and do crimes that you can't possibly succeed at so that I can get experience from busting you out!

following Lostangel's theory ojn a smaller scale ill bust out anyone over 60 minutes but less than 250 as that is the max i can handle at this time.

If there is no donators, my AP goes to crimes! I can get experience from crimes as I can from busting people out plus get $
