It's more useful to look at the total damage done pre-resistance than to look at a max hit. The bonuses don't affect critical hit chances. Since you only hit him 3 total times with the bonus, it's really difficult to notice any pattern.
Just take a look at those max hits against w00k. The ranged bonus is looking a lot better than without to me, and that's assuming the only real critical hit was the 554 one. If you take all the data into account, you are hitting for 286 average max with bonus and 197 without. Take that crit out and it becomes 157.
Again, without a few hundred attacks to look at it's hard to find a pattern. But 2 of the top 4 out of those 12 results are with bonus when you look at the max hit.
As for the fight with g2, that's 1 attack for each... so there isn't anything I can really tell you about those.
