they are a +1 in the stat, just as advertised.
people who borg generally feel weak and see this as a get-strong-quick scheme. unfortunately the game doesnt work that way, and they end up blaming the borgs.

Thought fuck it. Bought 5 strength borgs. Maybe 3 dex today..
I dont realy think the humanity loss will affect the way i play anyway.

would be pretty cool to be melee and get strength borgs. Accuracy borgs are half useful.
