also...maybe your stats arent as high above everyone elses as you first thought. being zercked while in fair condtion isnt all that bad. Gang Protection and Backup helps a litttle bit too and everyone as the same oportunities with. though some have to take a vote before using it.
I did hear a rumor about SV using back-up against E A D P. Sad, really.

first hosp against bender i lost as he was in fair...and me healthy...so i stim out to fair...him in fair..then do a mil bonus...and bam...hosp his ass...yep mil career is way too strong

maybe you should keep using the military bonus then.
i agree that the hosp code is fcked though and where the problem lies.
