I heard Raf has "never" donated, so I think he's pretty strong for never paying any real cash. His activity has to be off the charts and he needs a high lvl to compensate against all of the big cash spenders
Imagine how strong he'd be if he did donate tons of cash like some of the heavy donaters

Check your defense logs. Think I saw Raf had you in there at 498 couple days ago
