I would have a hard time deciding with that. I'd be thinking combat bonuses.
Then I bet +1 humanity makes a good difference based on the rate of humanity growth.

i am curious as to how we went from an average of .339, to .346, to .353, back to .346 and now back to .339? it seems all the other gangs are holding on to their averages.

Hoppers won.
Gang stats for these types of things adjust as people move in and out of a gang. Regardless of who's on top though as players jockey for position by dropping players and adding them to their gangs, the Hoppers were the top squad.
