So now that I have woken up with my morning coffee and have read everything that occurred overnight, including the ban that was imposed by a mod while I was sleeping peacefully.........

Backfromhell this is not a personal vendetta. First off, Monk plain and simple asked to be banned. He decided that he didn't want to follow any rules at all, only his. After numerous warnings, after numerous mails back and forth, there was nothing that any one player/mod/admin could have said that would have changed this. Even mails from Zen directly meant nothing to him. We finally got the approval from her to make it a permanent ban.

As for Megatron, numerous moderator reports came in on what he had posted. And unless you read everyone of them, you can't make a valid statement as to whether or not he should have been banned.

Once again, although this is an internet game and no one can see the person behind the computer, there is a time and place for everything. Making sexual remarks about child porn is not appropriate. His remarks actually stepped over the line in more ways then one.

Does anyone really know the person behind the computer? Does anyone actually know the real person and/or what they have been through? There are people who very well may have gone through something like this. Traumatic issues that do not need to be relived. If you had kids and one of yours were the victims of this, would you really want to hear any remarks, whatsoever?

And before someone says, well maybe they don't need to read the forums or be on here, this is a forum for all players. If people want to make references to things such as this, maybe they should take it to their OWN private forum where people can't see it or through private mails. The postings were more than inappropriate for a game forum.
