Word on the street is cipher is in the doghouse for forgetting today is Valentine's Day. Endurance training will run through noon on the 15th.
As a Valentine's Day Treat, the gym will let you train your heart, ahem endurance.

i figured it would at least be a good day for targets, since everyone is in the gym. but since the endo trainer kills everyones happiness, its actually the opposite!
