We never dealt with weapons who had skills reqs before but we sure do know that having the minimum dex or acc for a gun will not show much improvement from its predecessor.

whats your definition of "well over the min requirements"? any gun with 27 Endurance requirements and $1.65 million should give everyone using it a warm and cozy feeling - not a feeling that its equal to the previous best gun (or worse).
