i wouldn't expect to see them anytime real soon, biff. imo, not that big a deal either. gotta feeling most gangs would spend their gps on hideout upgrades still...maybe other than sv and nobody needs them getting anymore advantages on top of what they already have.

Actually I think this is true. I just got 30 today and I bit off 3 times (on what would have put me over to 30) with people I usually S-M-O-K-E.

speaking of, ever noticed you lose to chumps when you are so close to levelling? Ive been over powerered by weaklings 4 times today. Normally they don't even scratch me.
