Casanova is only missing the new skills, and career system. Give him some time and I am most certain he will retake his claim as a top tier player.

It is an interesting challenge though isn't it? Take everything you know about the game and add the will/resources to climb back to the top. How do you balance leveling to get better EP/access to housing and training to become a top ranked player?
It is an interesting exercise to think about.. and will be even more interesting to see how he pulls it off. He was on the gym rat list for the first few days... obviously he has changed tactics.

yep, why train at level 22 when you can bust ass & train with a lot more ep at a higher level
