Thanks, you've all been very helpful... except that I can't steal stim-packs. That crime is too high a level for me. Any other ideas?

Just keep up on your career and crimes daily. Don't try any of the bigger crimes until you get your Dexterity and other stats up a bit.

Thanks all who have responded.
I have been working in my career and doing crimes but it doesn't seem to be enough money. I thought maybe there was a quicker way to get money. So again, is there a quicker way to make money?

No, there's not. You'll have to be patient until you achieve higher levels in stats and level to be able to do the bigger crimes. Once you do some of the bigger crimes it'll seem like it's a bit more money.
