Once your energy refreshes as fast as your happiness, is there a point to increasing it further? (just in case I am missing something)

I would say no, once you equal out get ahead and borg alittle. One or 2 every few months, depending?

On a full 72 EP train I use an average of 200-220 happiness and gain 224 happiness on a full refresh.

Wouldnt it be different for every player, depending on thier endurance and house?
