lets say you get a referral, he gets to level 3. then you get 10credits. he gets to level 5 and you get another 10 credits.
you dont get 10 credits every other level, but you get a few. And if he/her donates you get a little taste of that also, so those good on referring can get the top houses if they work hard enough
