Ive made a post about this a little while ago and brought it up a few times since.
There should definitely be housing in the underground. Im a criminal. A underground lair would be better than a villa anyday.

besdes.... i think from lvl 22-40 is a huge gap for the next housing.
i think it's why people power lvl from 30-40. mace, me, zeon, weebay (i think), marlo (i think), ronin (i think), blackclouds (i think).

A bunker would be nice. Or a lair.
Since it is not a "house in itself" it could be just a add-on housing to your regular housing.
Lair, made to design plans, could give +x modifier to your intel.
Bunker, being someking of a strongold, could give +x modifier to your endurance.
You'd keep the happiness from your regular home.
This housing would be a side housing. Just like a shack in the woods.
Just an idea.
