Yeah..Skills are nothing without stats and weapons, bro..

New player(level 15).

Weapon = T-350

Top hit = 250.

New top hit with skills = 250 + 90%(Skill level 6) of 250 = 475

Up and coming player(Level 25).

Weapon = T-450

Top hit = 500.

New top hit with skills = 500 + 45%(Skill level 3) of 500 = 750

Seasoned veteran(Level 35).

Weapon = SB-1

Top hit = 750.

New top hit with skills = 750 + 15%(Skill level 1) of 750 = 862.5

That's only with weapons and going on with the stats required. Even if the bigger players DIDN'T do skills, they would still outmatch the little guys..

No restarts.

You say a one time restart--but what happens when another facet gets added to the game and you already used up that restart? Should you get just one more after that?

Work with what you have. With the exception of certain situations (mainly massive donations and high level activity), it is unlikely that all these noobs will easily surpass a well seasoned active player.

I didn't see the value in the past, but now I think players should be able to transfer their cash credits and weapons to a new character (once only, and not credits spend on end/int) so they can work skills and career right away, and lose control of their old ID# as it goes inactive.

What drivel.You recon our chars must stand in the way of progress...dude get a life.The game moves forward,learn to embrace change.

yah i dont really understand the gripe higher level players have about skills.

so what if you wont have the benefit of using them your career? you had the benefit of starting a year or two earlier.

no restarts.
