folks, if you read on gym days....all trainers have slightly boosted gains, and usually the zone trainer is added so people can train without losing happiness....the zone trainer by far, gives less gains per ep than the comparable higher dollar trainers....arnold was a special trainer that was equal up to level 6 rep as i believe i was told....would be very nice to see him again...woot

The Zone trainer has a couple tricks to its use on Gymboree day.
My method:
1) Full gym train (full EP/Full Happiness) using highest trainer available.
2) Wait for your EP to refresh as high as possible without going over.
- At that point check how many refreshes it will take for your happiness to be full.
- Take the amount of refreshes necessary to fill your happiness and calculate how many EP to train so that your Energy will refresh to full along side your happiness.
- Train that amount of EP with the Zone trainer.
3) Repeat.
You never waste one click of energy, and you constantly maximize your gym trains.

Guru gives me about 150 more dev points per train. But that costs me $6840 per train. It gets expensive, especially for me, I do not only train, nor do I only level. I keep a balanced play book.
