Ain't that called scamming? Cheating, in a sense? Against the 'spirit of the game'? The guy should get compensation, and the person doin' the scamming should be punished.

I'd say it's completely fair. You trust someone with your money and they might screw you. It sucks but it happens. Cheating is more along the lines of having multiple accounts or using a program that plays for you.
