I don't know, dude. He's talking about trying to budget his money for the needs/wants scale by using multiple bank accounts.
I told him to budget..Use notepad.
EDIT: You could always cheat, too. Then, you'd have 2 bank accounts, or more! Just don't get caught.

some rpgs have limits on how often you can withdraw money....or they have like money market accounts and cds.....dont need it here...we are criminals...
