Heavy rolling, full tilt warring gangs can maybe, and I repeat, maybe, be able to pull off 1,000-1,250 points a day.
1 Day = 1,125 gang war points
365 days times x 1,125 = 410,625 (Potential Gang War points in 2009)
81 (Days remaining in 2008 x 1,125) = 91,125
410,625 + 91,125 = 501,750 (Potential Gang War points from here to 2010.)
501,750 + 200,957 (Current Valhallan Gang point total) = 702,707 Potential Gang War points by 2010.

I agree that is it possible.
Especially with the game evolution.
But unlikely.
