You would do this easily.
The formula for this calculation is.
((Current Level x 10) + 5) + previous requirement.
Excel Formula
(B1*10)+5+A2
Run this in an excel sheet. You would get to any level u want.

For some reason, it doesn't link directly from the forum.

yes copy and paste it,,,but zeon the sheet is wrong,,you have level 1 listed as 20,when level 1 in the game is 0..level 2 is 20 not 45..it is off by one level...other than that minor mishap,,,nice work,very nice

Anyway, you are talking about the over all format? For the look and feel, I have set it up as "when you are level One, you need 20 dev pt to reach for next level" format
Current Level Required for next level
1 20
2 45
3 80
4 125
If the other way is more comfortable for you, its an easy change.
NOTE: I have changed the format. If someone want to go through the trouble and code the thing in html, I would post it up in here.
