i just gave up on working out at all. pretty much just sit around eating Bioplex Protein Recovery bars all day.

The helmet messes with my encumbrance. I'm better without it. XD Anyway..My resistance is pretty high, but it isn't helpin' too much.

yea i havent noticed much difference.i think the belt is better than the helm XD although i have 15 resistence so maybe i just dont notice any benifits!

while it has varied a lot i've notice up to 12% increase in resistance. not the greatest but for the price i think its pretty awesome

Has anyone made a list of what helmets go best with what armors?
