How long has this been there? Was it there when people hit 60 for the first time or was it just added afew years ago?
And why wasnt this public knowledge?

the level 60 district is called
Menciano Arcology - Mid-Level
Min Level : 60
if there's a mid-level there could be a top-level, since mid doesn't sound much like the end of the line.

It was, a veey long time ago. Rafal and Pun were having a race to 60. Wanted to sell specialty items for them paperstacks, if I'm not mistaken.

I remember this, but I think there was more drama involved also.

The usual, wars and hospings to slow each other down, became pretty widespread and went for a while if i remember correctly
