I see cipher is getting a little looser on making items. Mine was the first weapon he made and I could barely get a +4 out of him..He made me do a - 1 to even it out. Still waiting for a tag though. It has only been since christmas 2010

if you have no intentions of a player who is trying to use the last part of a rule that has a actual catch at the end please remember it was loaned out for $25,000 a week which was never paid and I have also offered a minimum of 400k for the return of my armor it was never given as a gift to be sold it was agreed originally that it would be $425,000 from wildone who originally and probably lied about having it for the money, if RenegadeJedi can prove he has it he will get a reward

collectible armor that is worth 2million and was given to me as a gift by [24993] he has already expressed himself through attacks that it will be returned with a reward of $400,000 or more, if it is not returned willingly, he will stay in the hospital for hours upon end until it is returned with possibly more harsh actions taken with no warnings at all until one of the 2 actions have been taken as stated before
