Enemies/Friends level out in my experience. Explains why the fifth most "hated" active player has only 118 enemies. Also, it's worth noting that the enemy list is predominately used for farming purposes, rather than to express actual dislike.

That's true generally. But in the interest of clarity, I'd like to say that Dreadwind is on my emenies list as an expression of dislike. I do not farm him.

That still doesn't counter the leveling phenomenon. I also included that in my argument by saying "predominately". Further, I'd argue that, since both are relatively weak, it's quite possible that they are both farming targets for many, and thus the bulk is possibly not hate-driven.
