this should help explain it.
basically....SVs and a few loser gang allies of theirs....picked a fight with the SWers for all intents and purposes. they were doing that some back then. interesting how times have changed a bit.

SV tried to let gangs divide into teams and redo the hosp fest but this time with picked teams. Everyone said they were uninterested, so SV hosped everyone so the hosp war would actually happen. And that chance guy wrote a poem.

Point being they failed at trying to order a hosp war and trying to force everyone to compete. I believe the failure is what cause cheaters to start drinking more and more and more and more and start making the idiotic posts she is famous for.

It was a very intense, and very fun hosp war. the best one ever perhaps.
SV kept a few gangs in the hospital for days, dissidence had to disband, and the world keeps on ticking.
