I did too, but I'm fine with using them myself. The problem with selling them is these are the easiest items to get in any constest I've participated in, therefore many people have tons of them which would make them very cheap.

It says in the description on the items page, then click Halloween candies.

Halloween Candies provide various random benefits to those who eat them. Energy and Action Point refreshes, complete hit point healing, and combat bonuses are all possible results from eating candies. The retrievable items perform like standard items once in your inventory.
TIP : Use them when you aren't completely full on energy, ap, or health
i'm pretty sure zen did this on purpose so you dont sell them

glad I went 1 for 1 on candies. hp refresh and melee bonus. lot of good that melee bonus did too..
guy normally does around 1k dmg to me but twice as much with the bonus

Poof! Halloween treats are the best!Nasty tasting. Horrendous. But not a complete waste. As you lay on the ground in extreme abdominal pain, DocWagon comes by and checks on you. Seeing how they feel a bit of pity even though you are going to be ok, they give you a free DocWagon rescue when you're attack next and lose.
