Well here's my opinion... IF you're in a warring gang then the MA skill is worth it. IF you like to war its worth it. IF your weapon sucks its worth it. BUT IF wars actually meant something then it would be more worth it.
I'm totally happy with my 5 MA. I like to war and i'm glad that I can help my gang win wars faster with my hits.
