Try putting the location and level in the comment field, it helps.

Trust me, I tried that. Only works with bots or inactives.

no worries, it's a good idea- and does work well for bots and inactives, even players sometimes. But it's more hassle than it's worth most of the time when you get higher, especially now there's 5 districts to choose from. People tend to move every few days.
