The only thing different the last couple days is I have been trying to steal sym packs. That has brought my % down, but for ALL my crimes...not just the sym pack crime.

Still doesn't explain the extremely high jail rate. The crimes I attempt are the same I have been doing successfully for a while. Here's two more days since those last 2 I showed, better success rates without the sym thefts, but still 7 more jailings over 2 days:
1/22/2010 26 3 35 74.3 %
1/24/2010 34 4 47 72.3 %
Thats 20 jailings over these 4 days.
