dont forget...endu is not liquid so once youve committed to spending the cash its there....i like the fact housing fluctuates in price and is completely liquid...would like to see more happy gain from the big houses though

the next steps after arcology house are doozies with average 125 happiness for each 5 million- not enough to consider imo

Yep... That is the main reason I keep the house.... I already use the trainer and do not wish to commit to the endo... the exchange rate is basically the same between housing and end, housing may even be better with the exchange rate of credits to cash currently.
but for 5 mil you should still get the same 150 happy just like the previous Houses IMO.
Like a lot of things in this game, if you get near the top your return (on anything) is bottle necked...

i mailed zen about this prob a year ago. i asked her why its only 100 hap more. i believe her response was something like, "no reason....its just the way i set it up at the time".
i told her i thought it should be at least 150 more for 5 million and that theres no way i can justify getting it for that price....nor should anyone be able to in reality.....and i asked if she would consider a change? of course....that was about the last correspondence. she didnt address it anymore at all.
if she did it for "no reason", a long time ago...doesnt it make sense to re-evaluate things in the game to make them better?
weird.
*and SB, i did pretty good spelling that word last night, as trashed as i was.

I don't really think the housing prices/gain should matter. You buy whatever gives you the best bang for your buck, right? If thats 5 mil of endurance, or 5 mil into upgrading it house, who cares? Whatever gets your more.
